Learn the art of cheesemaking on this one day course. Our workshops are a fun, hands-on experience, suitable for all skill levels. You’ll learn everything from collecting fresh milk from our dairy to crafting your own artisanal cheeses.
Guided by John, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the cheesemaking process and, by the end of the day, you’ll have crafted up to 4 cheeses to take home and enjoy.
